Engram Customer Guidance System

More than 30 Sparkassen rely on the engram CustomerGuidanceSystem – and the number is growing

It’s a great moment for us at FINNOFLEET – and especially for our subsidiary engram GmbH: More than 30 Sparkassen now successfully using the engram CustomerGuidanceSystem (eKLS), our solution is establishing itself as the standard for digital reception within the Sparkassen-Financegroup. And the success curve continues to point upwards: Shortly after signing our 30th contract, we welcomed two more Sparkassen to the eKLS community.

This milestone symbolises what we at FINNOFLEET see as our mission: Digital solutions with real added value based on partnership, excellent technology and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs.

As FINNOFLEET, we would like to say thank you – to the Sparkassen for their trust and to the entire engram team, who put their heart and soul, expertise and innovative spirit behind the success of the eKLS. The numerous positive feedbacks from the field – from rapid implementation and competent support to genuine enthusiasm for the collaboration – show that the product is not only right, but that it is also the best possible solution: It’s not just the product that’s right here, but also the partnership.

In line with the current growth, the new release of the eKLS will be released on 22 April 2025 – packed with new functions, improved workflows and real added value for Sparkassen and their customers.

And engram is also working flat out on further development internally: the latest results of the engram hackathon focussing on the eKLS will be presented shortly – another example of our culture of innovation in action. The eKLS has long been more than just a digital signage system – it is a central component of a modern store concept. Seamless integration with solutions such PoS-Content, Linda+Filiale and the Dialogue Island (S-Communication Services GmbH) creates a holistic customer experience – individually adaptable to any location and service structure.
