Keep your refinancing processes in view
Covaro Pool covers all the central processes around cover register management and refinancing. These include the electronic data reconciliation between banks and issuers, the management of own cover pools, cover pooling as well as the electronic loan survey.
The following functions show how Covaro Pool supports banks and issuers in the structured management of their refinancing processes.
Cover pooling
In cover pooling, a central issuer manages the cover assets of several financial institutions.
The cover assets of the individual institutions form a joint cover pool and are updated electronically. Comprehensive audit and rating reports enable the transparent management of large cover pools as well. The reporting options are based on established templates, for example from Moody's, or can be defined individually.
Loan survey
With the loan survey, issuers electronically clarify the refinancing needs of their member banks via SMARX. Member banks are informed about upcoming issues and can report their refinancing requirements.
Electronic data reconciliation
The electronic data exchange between banks and issuers takes place via a standardised web service. The issuer consolidates the data and ensures consistent processing.
Processing is carried out centrally and rule-based: cover assets are automatically registered or deregistered according to definable rules and in line with the cover requirement. The underlying data is imported via a flexibly parameterisable interface that supports various data sources and file formats.
Loan administration
The disbursement of granted loans, interest setting and recovery, including the automatic posting of payment files, are handled centrally in loan administration.
