Description

3.4. Personio
You can send us an application via our website. In this case, we process all personal data contained in your application. The data is automatically transferred to the Personio software, which we use to manage applications. We then continue to process your application in the software.
Retention period: Six months in the event of rejection.
3.5. Contact form
If you send us a request via the contact form, we process the data provided in the contact form in order to respond to your enquiry. We store this data in our customer management system and forward it to the relevant FINNOFLEET Group company best placed to handle your request.

6 years (statutory retention period under the German Commercial Code).
4. Your rights regarding your personal data
You can request information from us as to whether we store personal data about you. If we do store data about you, you can request information on a number of further points relating to how we handle your data, such as what data this is, for what purpose we process it and how long it is stored (Art. 15 GDPR). If we hold inaccurate or incomplete data about you, you can request the correction of this data (Art. 16 GDPR).
You can also request the deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR). However, there may be reasons why we are not permitted to delete your data or are obliged to retain it, despite your request. These reasons are determined by law. If you request the deletion of your data, we will check whether any such exclusion grounds may apply. If not, we will delete your data. The alternative to deleting your data is, in certain cases, the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR). The same applies here: let us know how you wish to proceed, and we will review the legal requirements and find a solution that balances your interests and ours.
Art. 20 GDPR provides that, in certain cases, we must make your personal data available to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format if you so wish.
