Base-Net and K&W Software

Together into the future: Base-Net Informatik AG and K&W Software AG are now FINNOFLEET Switzerland

The two ‘member of FINNOFLEET’ companies Base-Net Informatik AG and K&W Software AG are now jointly operating on the market as FINNOFLEET Switzerland. Two established Swiss software providers are thus joining forces and setting new standards for digital credit solutions in Switzerland.

This merger strengthens the position of our Swiss subsidiary as a leading provider of digital credit solutions for financial institutions with an expanded offering and greater customer benefits:

Expanded expertise in the development of software for the entire credit process – from advice and initiation to portfolio and account management to refinancing.

Strong innovative power to meet the increasing demands on digital credit solutions.

Improved support thanks to larger teams and optimised services.

Long-term stability as a strong partner for the digital transformation in the financial sector.

A new us
The organisational merger is part of a comprehensive transformation process that the Swiss colleagues have deliberately designed in a participatory manner from the outset. All relevant integration topics were systematically recorded, clustered and transferred to interdisciplinary working groups. Each working group deals with a specific topic, led by a responsible person and supported by employees from both original companies. In this way, what is created together grows together: not through specifications, but through participation.

The solutions developed are regularly discussed and approved in the Sounding Board. This committee is made up of members of management and ensures consistent strategic development of the new organisation. With this approach, FINNOFLEET Switzerland is taking on a pioneering role within FINNOFLEET.

Our Swiss branch brings people, ideas and technologies together and shows how transformation can be achieved from within the organisation.

We look forward to continuing along this path together with our Swiss colleagues and actively shaping the digital credit world of the future.
