We, TXS – member of FINNOFLEET, are very pleased to announce that our client, Kreissparkasse Köln, was able to place its first Green Pfandbrief very successfully. The 5-year issue in the amount of 250 million euros was almost ten times oversubscribed.

Particularly pleasing: around 50 percent of the bond was placed with investors who are decidedly green and sustainable – clear proof of the growing interest in sustainable investments. This not only confirms the trend towards sustainable construction and living, but also the strong confidence in climate-friendly investments. With the Green Pfandbrief, Kreissparkasse Köln is sending a clear signal for a green future! We say: More of the same!

Together with our cooperation partner Drees & Sommer, we have been able to accompany Kreissparkasse Köln as our pilot bank for a few months now.
