Following last year's organisational merger, the next logical step has now been taken: FINNOFLEET BNI AG and FINNOFLEET KWS AG will going forward operate jointly under the name FINNOFLEET Switzerland AG. At the same time, we are adjusting our executive management structure and laying clear foundations for the next stage of our development.

An important milestone has been reached: we will henceforth operate as FINNOFLEET Switzerland AG. This marks the formal completion of the organisational merger that took place last year.

The legal merger will take effect following the year-end closing and the Annual General Meeting in spring 2026. The entry in the Commercial Register is planned for no later than 30 June 2026.

Our locations in Bern, Sursee and Zurich-Oerlikon will remain in place. Sursee will serve as the registered headquarters going forward.

Changes to Executive Management

In the course of this development, we are also adjusting our leadership structure. Ulrich Jacobi, who previously led the company as CEO and has most recently served as CFO, will step down from his operational executive management role at the end of March 2026. He will remain closely connected to FINNOFLEET Switzerland AG as an active member of the Board of Directors.

This decision simplifies our leadership structure and creates clear conditions for the next phase of our development. In doing so, we are formally uniting what has already belonged together – and resolutely setting our sights on the future.
