TXS GmbH, based in Hamburg, has been part of FINNOFLEET since 11 November 2024. The founders and former owners (Ulrich Streitenberger, Klaus Leitner and Peter Ringbeck, Siegfried Schneider from DZ HYP) celebrated this together in Hamburg with the CEO of FINNOFLEET (Andrej Eichler).
This integration means that our fleet now comprises seven innovative companies: b+m Informatik GmbH, Base-Net Informatik AG, engram GmbH, K&W Software AG, PRO-DIRECT-FINANCE GmbH, SUBITO GmbH and TXS GmbH.
Together, we are continuing on our course to set the benchmark for the digitalisation of financial processes.
We want to provide our 500+ customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein with comprehensive support in the digitalisation and automation of their business processes. In doing so, we rely on the expertise of our now more than 450 industry experts and innovative products developed specifically in the DACH region, with flexible SaaS models and AI support.
