How do you bring together multiple companies, each with its own established culture, under one roof? By taking the time to truly get to know each other – and bringing everyone to the same table.

Under the motto “All hands on deck!”, around 300 crew members from across the entire FINNOFLEET group came together in Bonn on March 18 and 19, 2026 – for two days in Bonn with one clear goal: to grow closer as one unified fleet. Two days dedicated to exchange, insights, and genuine connection.

At exhibition stands, the individual business units and competence centers showcased what they are working on and what drives them. For many, this made it truly tangible how diverse FINNOFLEET is – and how the different areas work together.

Beyond the official program, the focus was also on strengthening connections: During a shared dinner, we got to know each other better, tested our sense of rhythm in a group drumming session, and later danced together to great live music. These moments, in particular, made the team spirit truly come alive.

On the second day, we looked ahead: Together, we worked on our vision of collaboration and captured our shared values. An important step toward building a common understanding of how we want to work together in the future and what guides us.

The Crew Day showed what happens when everyone comes together: new ideas emerge, mutual understanding grows, and a stronger sense of unity develops. For a company, this is not a “nice-to-have” – it is a real investment in collaboration, motivation, and a shared culture that lasts.

With many new impressions, fresh energy, and strengthened connections, we are now moving forward together toward the next steps.
